Speaking - Read Aloud: Strategies to ace these type of questions:

Before you speak: 1.) Read the text to yourself before the microphone opens. If you understand the content of the text, you will find it easier to use stress and intonation to express the meaning. 2.) Try to speak any word with difficult pronunciation to yourself.

While you speak: 1.) Speak clearly, at normal speed and volume. If you speak too quietly or quickly, it might be difficult to assess you speech. 2.) Use punctuation to help you identify places for brief, natural pauses. 3.) If you make mistake, don't go back and correct yourself. Just keep going. 4.) To get a good score, your response must include all the words in the text and you must say them with right pronunciation and fluency. 5.) Use intonation by stressing on some keywords in the text. Do not read flat like a Robot.

Speak Well :-)
